Stop the running, dripping and leaking
A toilet that keeps refilling often has a worn flapper, fill valve or another problem inside the tank. Water around the base needs a closer look at the toilet and its connection to the drain. We find the source and repair the affected parts or connections.
Under a sink, the supply connections, drain fittings and trap can all develop leaks. We check where the water starts, then repair the connection that is causing it. A damp cabinet should be dealt with before the water spreads into the surrounding material.
Replace a fixture that is ready to go
We replace sinks and toilets that are damaged, worn out or part of a room update. The work includes the plumbing connections underneath and behind the fixture. A new sink needs a properly connected drain and water supply. A toilet needs a sound connection to the floor drain.
For a bathroom remodel, we work the fixture replacement into the rest of the project. We also handle individual replacements when the room is staying as it is.
Clear a fixture that will not drain
A blocked sink or toilet can need drain cleaning as well as fixture work. We use the access point closest to the clog. Depending on the blockage, that can mean removing the sink drain piping or pulling the toilet.
